Look at her hair, shoes, the floor (hardwood) the sheet as a backdrop and flag(why would there be a flag hanging like that in a prison?). This is obviously a staged video intended to incite distrust of the police.

I don't think this is cruel or unusual at all. Anyway it is proven that jail obviously doesn't work so why not sentence them to cruel and unusual punishment maybe then they will think twice before committing a crime next time also it will deter other from committing a crime.

A little thing called the 8th Amendment says that this is cruel and unususal punishment-especially for driving with an expired license. Furthermore, what do you do if the accused is INNOCENT? There's a hell of a lawsuit!
