I've actually been in the studio they're in, so I know how the monitors are placed, and I know the magic behind it. If you look closely you can see that she is actually not looking straight at the screen, but actually a bit to the left and down of it. That's because there's a monitor there where they can see themselves and the map when it looks like they can see it. And there's also a monitor in front of her so she can look at the map while looking in the camera. Pure magic. She did well though

they used a green screen before, now they use regular screens, i once saw it was marked samsung under the map.

The lady is still with NRK ( the channel showing in this clip ) presenting the wather. She is doing great. She is educated metrologist and not just a pretty face. The maps just came in the wrong order here. Not her fault.
