no. Biggie's vocals were from a unreleased freestyle. Puffy used the vocals on the album Born Again with Ice Cube, Black Rob and Beanie Sigel. The reason why this version wasnt on Big Ls album was because the sample clearance for Biggie's voice wasnt cleared in time before the album was released. maybe Puffy didnt clear it because he was going to use it for Born Again which was coming out around the same time
