the 60's were were a great time, and Woodstock was part of it. I'm lucky to have been part of the 60's. Take care-BNS

Ah, haha you haven't burst my bubble. I had already found out about all those negatives, but still,
you are so lucky to have been there

Woodstock was a great event. But you didn't realize it while you were there, only after you got home and everyone began asking you about it did you realize it was something special. I don't want to burst your bubble, but there was no positive energy when you realized the bathrooms overflowed and didn't work, or there was no food to buy. My friends and I lived for three days on one bag of potato chips. I do enjoy when my son's friends see the three day pass I framed and asks me about Woodstock.

Wow thankyou for that summary
I also come from a middle class Jewish background ahah
i wish i witnessed woodstock... there was probably so much positive energy going from person to person
such an amazing experience for you probably...
It's A shame to look at todays' generation after analyzing this time of the 60's

You did't realize what an impact event it was until you got back home and read about it in the papers. you couldn't get near the stage because it was wall to wall people. We sat behind the stage and saw the groups mingle with each other. I was lucky, my friends and I slept in my car. Comming from a jewish middle class background, the best part was sitting on the side of the lake watching everyone bathe. I never saw that before.
