Because truly, on a world wide television channel with millions upon millions of people watching, they'll show a person get shot. And it's not the least bit wierd that there will be a camera team present to record it, that can't be seen from the sniper's Point Of View. It's fake. DC always uses reconstructions. The channel would be taken down if it was real.
