not really, if you get somebody onstage at a 21 and older venue then you expect that person to be of 21 years or older. The venue was at fault for not giving ID checks and the parents should have known better to let her go to a 21 and over show. Similar thing happend to me on tour so i know what happens, it's not a good feeling to have on your shoulders. Akon did right to apologise but he is not the one at fault.
