Now throw in a very easy war, a turkey shoot, against civilians with very little actual to fear of body harm, amenities the like no other military force in wolrd would have in combat zones, 90% are non combat looking for trigger time,good pay both overseas and at home, hero worship demanded by those who don't go, warrior mentality instilled by trainer as highest goal no civilian can understand, and you have the worlds best killing machine. Right or wrong of war no concern to them or their folks!

When your military funds hollywood, drag racers, boatntruck racers, video developement for online and home gamers, now takes children as youn as 6 yrs out for a day of bot camp fun gsames patches and MRE's, goes to Armageddon christina rock festivals and chirch meetings in uniforms and gear, and one hell of lot of ex GI retired on pensions or otherwise who are more military today then t ever were when in military, now throw in US lack of any other culture to bind itself to, What do you expect?
