Just because YOUR country's supreme court said it was okay to go into Iraq, does that make it alright? If Iran's supreme court said tomorrow, that it is okay to invade america would that be legal to you too? No of course not. The United Nations, the power put in place after world war 2 which your country was heavily involved in founding was asked permission to invade by your president, and they said NO. But the USA invaded anyway. So people can say the war is illegal, if they want to. Good Vid.
