Reply to indianmusicdanceluvr: I was at the Royal Opera House from early morning to late evening, for rehearsals, the concert and the reception. Being the shy person I am, I only looked on in awe: Anoushka was always surrounded by her colleagues, but I sat entranced, watching her rehearsal and the actual performance from the wings: the sound of the sitar sort of washes over you and captures your soul and imagination, doesn't it?
