I totally agree. I haven't seen anyone else do that before their time. But I've seen every 80s band copy it. Check out their Poppa Joe video.

Every time I see Mick twirling the drumstick between his fingers I have to ask who the first drummer was to do that trick. I've watched tons of old videos and I haven't seen a drummer do that trick. Was Mick one of the first, if not THE first? Just curious. I'm sure someone from the '60's did that trick for the first time but I haven't seen proof of that. Any help on this question would be greatly appreciated!
