Using the curse isnt cheating and sasuke has fire flower fire ball subistion of his own moves he didnt copy those moves their mayb other moves he didnt copy though

Well not really. The only thing sasuke ever really used his sharingan to copy was Lee's taijutsu. But he only really uses it to see the other persons moves easier. Plus he didn't even like using the curse mark unless he's gonna die at the time like when he fought garra. sasuke would win or it may be a tie

This is a long awaited battle. Everyone wants to see thr Hyuuga Clan and the Uchiha Clan go face-to-face to compare the weakest from the strongest. Originally, Sasuke cheats with that Curse Mark Orochimaru gave him, which proves that Neji's stronger. Neji on the other hand, doesn't copy jutsu like Sasuke, which also means that Sasuke has no moves of his own. If you thhnk about it, if they actually faced against each other without Sasuke using that mark, Neji's the victor.
