if steve jobs and woz never get to visit the division of xerox, is the history apple still the same, probably not. would they have figured things out on their own eventually ? woz might have, not steve jobs.

First of all Xerox Gui didn`t work well, as much as OOP object orientation program which is bult in first apple gui.

otopico , you still dont get it. without steve jobs and steve wozniak going to a division of xerox and seeing everything they were doing, apple computers would have been more like the atari 2600. that's the definition of "stealing". but you can't get most bigoted and close-minded apple lovers to see the truth for what it is. in the marketing war, microsoft beat the livin crap outta apple. history speaks for itself. shit in your drawers if you can't handle that.

how did apple steal anything? people seem to miss the fact that apple and microsoft were working together for a long time on a workable gui interface for micro-computers. neither came up with the idea, but like many things, the innovation comes from refinement, not the invention. MS lost their way when Ballmer was made the boss. Apple survived because Gates has no problem throwing money at good ideas. the mac v pc garbage makes for great bar arguments, but in the real world, it doesnt matter.

I'd rather see Steve Wozniak run Apple rather than Steve Jobs. I have three Apple 2 systems and they still work.

we all know that the microsoft sucks...wozniak and jobs are computer geniuses, the built a 1. computer that have a keyboard and monitor...just read book IWOZ...apple is 100x better than microsoft...for example: mac os 9.22 have built in a dvd player...xp have windows media player 9 and he cant play dvd..u must install a plugin

Apple stole GUI, and many other aspects of the PC, you ppl r like sheep, hit you over the head with a stick, and you all go in the same direction, just like sheep should.
