I find that also... it carries me forward on the emotion I have at the time yet comforts me in the same breath

Please take this as it was put together, I am not preaching, the poem is older than I as is the music, they are both meaningful to me and I thought to share them, it's not some attempt to turn you all to any religious study

Hiya, I think it's the London Philharmonic Orchestra, however I cannot find the CD it was on and don't have it saved on my pc anymore :-( I would not be able to tell you when it was recorded, but it was on a disc that came with one of the tabloid papers about 5-6 years ago I think, so it wouldn't be the current assembly I don't think.

Tweeklet, which recording of the Adagio is this? It would be cool to credit the orchestra/conductor as well, because it's a splendid interpretation of the piece.

quote Andzull: "and thats just how it's supposed to be.. nothing wrong there.if there werent any war then we wouldnt have come this far, we would still be living in caves, war is what brings the future, sadly it is also what the future brings"
War does NOT bring the future.War is NOT necessary either
What war is though.. Is the result of human kind unable to detach from their strong emotions and relate to each other
To be able to LISTEN, UNDERSTAND, and most importantly RELATE to one another.

Really beautiful piece of music. Moving and touching. And that it is tranquil! Thanks for putting it up!

well said. you will always have yourself and your values, and as long as you stay true to yourself and virtue, no one or nothing can stop you from being happy.

Such a beautiful piece of music. Really soothes my nerves right now which are so ratteled as I, and millions others of good folks lives are being torn apart by the bad recession/depression of 2008. Just makes me think of the beautiful things in the world, love, kindness, etc are still free and no-one can take those away from me in an age when everything else seems to be blowing away in the wind. 5 stars! |
