Its a good pitch but he is also throwing it against the wind, which is why at 0:27 it moves the most, and is also why windy days are great to play wiffleball, because the ball is so light it gets knocked around in the wind

since the knuckleball ideally doesnt spin, the holes in the ball create uneven air flow as the ball travels towards the plate, making it "flutter" and move randomly
