Who has backups? Every person I know who has data they care about backs it up in case of hard drive failure. If you choose not to backup your data then thats your choice - but don't go on the internet whining about your stupidity after the fact. The whiner who posted the video claims she has had many problems over the 2 years she owned the machine and she still chose to do nothing about backing up. Apple are probably glad to lose customers like this.

I must be missing something...whats the big problem here? You had a hard drive failure - they offered to replace it under your warranty. You won't lose any date by replacing the hard drive that crashed as you can recover from your backups...you did have backups....right? No? Now who's the douchebag
