But I think that 250 times is a bit long for nothing XD better do 15 to 50 per day. So your brain is vigileant.

im sorry, but i have to disagree. i think what makes a good traceur is his/her dedication to the discipline. You can progress without big obstacles just by working on core qualities, such as strength, balance, etc. drilling small obstacles several times can be just as if not more beneficial then training a bigger obstacle just a few times. when i train sometimes i will do one movement 250 times.

Well, not always. To get the basic moves perfect, you need the correct setting. For eg. one wouldn't be able to practice a kong to cat if walls or rails with correct spacing aren't available. Imagination is handy only if you have the basic moves put down. |
