I'm Black and think it was hilarious. I don't believe this guy was racist and believe it was a parody of all the minstrel shows from the past imitating stereotypes of Blacks that never DID apply to Blacks in the first place.

I saw black people in the audience, and they were laughing their asses off. I don't know how anyone can talk about that being so risky to do "back then". Doing that TODAY would be suicide, career-wise and literal. I'm white so I can't judge if it was right or wrong because if it's wrong it would be because it offended black people. Black people I saw in the audience didn't seem offended at all, thats all I'm saying.
