I think it's about a guy who's in a realationship with this absolutely amazing girl. She is everything to him, but he's hiding who he really is and is worried that what he's hiding will affect her feelings for him, and that he won't be strong enough to overcome that. He's trying to decide whether to come clean, weighing up his options and realising that he should come clean, because her faith in him is absolute and he loves her so much...... Lyrically, this is a beautiful song.
