截拳道（Jeet Kune Do）は、映画スターと て有名なブルース・リー（Bruce lee）が考案した格闘術 ・・・。
リーが幼少期より学んだ詠春拳、節拳（弾腿門）などのカンフーの技術に、ボクシングの打撃などさまざまな格闘技のエッセンスが取り入れられている。
基本的に、構えは「利き手」を前に出し、フィンガージャブや関節蹴り等で牽制し、間を入れず連続技で「金的」や「目」「頭部」等の急所に打撃を入れる。
急所攻撃を主体とした技術体系の為、競技化には不向きだが、なかなか「実戦的」な武術だ。映像は截拳道マスターの「トミーカラザース」。
日本の使い手としては、総合格闘技・修斗界で有名な中村 頼永（Yori Nakamura）がいる。
